George Rohr
Mr. Rohr is the Founder and President of NCH Capital Inc. Since 1993 the NCH group of funds have been investing across asset classes in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union on behalf of their institutional clients. George began investing in the region shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union, and was among the earliest Western participants in the privatization opportunities offered by several of the region’s markets. His interest in the Region began as the result of a publishing-related opportunity he pursued in Russia in 1991. George’s principal personal philanthropic focus has been the establishment of Chabad Houses across college campuses in North America, as well as the revival of Jewish communal life in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union in partnership with Chabad.

Founder of IDT Corp., Genie Energy Ltd. and Jonas Media Group, Howard S. Jonas is an entrepreneur and businessperson with three multi billion dollar exits under his belt. Howard Jonas has been at the helm of 11 different companies and currently is Chairman for IDT Corp., Co-Chairman of IDT Telecom, Inc. (a subsidiary of IDT Corp.), Chairman for Cornerstone Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for IDW Media Holdings, Inc., Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Rafael Holdings, Inc., Chairman for Genie Energy Ltd., Chairman for Rafael Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and President of Jonas Media Group. Mr. Jonas is also on the board of 9 other companies.

Malcolm Hoenlein
In June 1986, Malcolm Hoenlein was elected Executive Vice Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, the coordinating body on international and national concerns for 52 national Jewish organizations. Previously, he served as the founding Executive Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater New York, the central coordinating agency for Jewish organizations in the metropolitan New York area. Prior to that, he was the founding Executive Director of the Greater New York Conference on Soviet Jewry.

Zack Marom
Zack Marom currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Chord Holdings. Chord Holdings is a single-family office and privately held investment company based in Israel. Additionally, Mr. Marom currently sits on the Board of a privately-held FinTech company called Nayax as well a Non-for-Profit organization called America’s Voices in Israel. Prior to establishing Chord Holdings, Mr. Marom was the Director of Business Development at the Shari Arison Family Office and Arison Investments. Prior to that, Mr. Marom was the Corporate M&A and Project Finance Manager within Ormat Technologies (a leading, international alternative energy company) and has over 6 years of experience as an Investment Banker at both Poalim Capital Markets (Israel) as well as JP Morgan Securities (New York). Mr. Marom holds an undergraduate Business Management degree from Binghamton University in New York and an Executive MBA degree from the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University.

James Gertler
Mr. James S. Gertler is president and CEO of Drew Lane Capital, LLC, a private investment firm based in New York City; vice chairman and senior managing director of Legacy Partners, Inc. a private investment firm focused on Greater China; and trustee and advisor to the Zuckerman Family Office, Institute and Foundation.
Mr. Gertler is a board director of U.S. News & World Report. He is also a board director of the Mortimer B. Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute at Columbia University, a governor of the International Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University and Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, on National Leadership Council of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, treasurer and a board director of America’s Voices in Israel, and a board director of the America-Israel Friendship League.
Mr. Gertler is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, receiving a Master in Business Administration in 1992. He received a Bachelor in Science in Economics degree, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1988.

Seth Damski
Seth founded Old City in 2006 and oversees its key investing and capital placement activities. Previously, from 2001 to 2006, he advised family offices on alternative investment strategy and manager selection at Merrill Lynch & Co. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Seth was a Director at SITE Capital Management, a New York-based hedge fund, after beginning his career as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Prudential Volpe Technology Partners, a San Francisco investment bank. He is active in several non-profit organizations, including as chair of the Harvard Club of New York’s Philanthropy and Non-Profit Group. Seth graduated with honors from Harvard College, is Series 3, 7, 24 & 66 licensed and is an Investment Advisor Representative.

Mitchell Davidson
Mitch co-founded Post Capital in 2004. He has more than 25 years of private equity and M&A experience. Prior to Post Capital, Mitch worked in the Financial Sponsors Group in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. At Merrill Lynch, Mitch was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and financing acquisitions for financial sponsors across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mitch worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP representing financial sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as working on large public company M&A transactions. Mitch is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on the Board and Investment Committee of a number of non-profit organizations. Mitch received a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from Tufts University.

Michael Freund
Michael Freund served as Deputy Communications Director for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He is the Founder and Chairman of Shavei Israel, which assists Lost Tribes and hidden Jewish communities to return to the Jewish people. Freund is also a syndicated Jerusalem Post columnist. A graduate of Princeton, he also holds an MBA from Columbia.

Robert A. Schechter is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of C.I. Eckstein & Company, LLC, a financial services holding company that provides services through its three subsidiaries: Edgar Agents, LLC, which provides EDGAR filing services for public companies; Collateral Agents, LLC, which acts as the collateral and escrow agent for sub-$100,000,000 secured debt transactions; Mr. Schechter is also the managing partner of the law firm Schechter & Hillo, PC and the Co-chairman of the National Law Institute.

Audrey Wietz
Audrey manages many of Old City’s important investor relationships and is regularly engaged in sourcing differentiated investment opportunities for the firm and its clients. Audrey began her career in politics, developing and managing an innovative fundraising apparatus for the Democratic National Committee’s Northeast region. More recently, she oversaw business development for an Israeli technology company, ImageID, and launched a successful lifestyle brand, SpeakNicely. She graduated with honors from the University of California and is Series 82 and 63 licensed.
